Something about me

I work in event operations and project coordination, primarily on international B2B trade shows.

My work is the part of an event that visitors rarely see: shipments arriving on time, stands built to schedule, suppliers coordinated, exhibitors ready before doors open, and the show floor running as planned.

I have worked on projects across the United States, United Kingdom, Vietnam and Italy, adapting to different venues, teams and operational environments.

Alongside trade shows, I co-founded Vibes, an independent cultural and music project in Perugia, where I develop events from concept to execution.

I work in English, Spanish and Italian.

Vibes

Co-founder · Independent Event Production

LocationPerugia, Italy
FormatIndependent cultural and music events
Scale10 productions
Years2024/2025
RoleCo-founder

Overview

VIBES is an independent event production project based in Perugia, Italy, created with the aim of developing experiences that bring together electronic music and different forms of artistic expression.

The project was born from the idea of moving beyond the traditional concept of a music event, creating formats in which music interacts with visual arts, craftsmanship, street art, photography, fashion and other creative disciplines, with particular attention to artistic languages and forms that are often underrepresented in more traditional cultural contexts.

Each production is developed through collaborations with artists, creatives and local organizations, giving life to experiences built around a specific concept.

Among the projects developed, Pushin Vibes was created in collaboration with Pushin Rugs, a collective specializing in handmade rugs conceived as true textile artworks, combining artistic exhibition and electronic music within the same event.

With Street Vibes, the focus shifted to urban art, involving some of the most recognized street artists from the Perugia area and creating an event where artworks, live artistic expression and urban culture came together with a tech house music program.

Fashion Vibes explored the relationship between fashion and music through a collaboration with a leading Italian fashion institute. Students were involved in developing original fashion projects and creations, which were then presented within an event combining exhibition and musical entertainment.

In other productions, VIBES has also created space for photography, integrating photographic exhibitions into its events and offering further visibility to emerging artists and creatives.

Through these projects, VIBES aims to create new opportunities for artists and emerging talent, using the event format as a meeting point between music, contemporary culture and artistic experimentation.

My Role

Vibes is built from scratch. As co-founder I work across the full production process, from the initial concept through to the event itself.
